Seller guarantees to the following conditions
These puppies are quaranteed for a period of 5 days for viral diseases such as:
Distemper,Parainfluenza,Parvo virus,Adenovirus 11. Buyer must get a health check by thier Veterinarian with in 5 days of recieving the pup.
Please take precautions of taking your dog to the dog parks or to homes that have had sick pets .. These virus's can be highly contagious coming from an ill dog.Your puppies immune system is not well protected until the pup has had there full series of Vaccines.. 16 weeks.. Please Use Caution and Have your puppy kept vaccinated into his/her adult life.. I cant stress the importance of this.
I also guarantee this pup to pass an OFA evaluation at the age of 2 with rusults Between Fair to Excellent. If you should fail to get this evalution by the 24 months or before Breeding this Contract will be null and void.
Or if he/she was found to be dysplastic at the age of 2 years . Buyer must Submit written proof and Hip X-Rays from the Bone Specialist Vet and Orthopedic Foundation For Animals (OFA) to the seller withing 15 days from the date of the X-Rays. This Pup must be Spayed and Neutered before any replacement of a puppy. Seller reserves the right to talk to your veterinarian and to obtain second opinion by Sellers veternarian of Choice at any time.
I also further quarantee that pup will be free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) excluding thyroid, environmental and flea allergy disorders..
Under no circumstances will we replace a puppy that has health issues , Hips, Eyes or any other condition that is due to Poor Nutrition or Environmental issues. No refunds will be made in place of a replacement.
If the Buyer rejects a replacement puppy, all sales become final..
Deposits can have a refund on the following conditions only..
The Specified Sex was not Born
The litter had complications
The Breeding did not take
There is also the option of placing your deposit on a future litter.

Buyer Agrees that should there be a replacement puppy due to Birth Defects or Inherited Defects ..Buyer may pick a puppy from a litter but the deposits Must come first ...
Buyer agree's that all deposits as a down payment on a pup are forfieted should the buyer not completely purchase the pup by 7 weeks unless other arraingements have been made. Also if the buyer has not taken delivery within the time specified between buyer and seller.. Buyer will not allow a pup to be taken from Mom until 8 weeks of age. Picked Up or Shipped
The Above is in no way to be changed, It is very vital for pups to be with Mom till 8 weeks due to learning.. At the point of 6 to 8 weeks mom is teaching social skills and tracking skills to her young. And I am teaching potty training, that is not saying you will get a completely potty trained dog.. But should know that outside is where you potty.
Buyer also agrees Not to let the pup jump off of high decks or run up and down large flights of stairs or be overly exercised before the pup is age 2..
PLEASE NOTE: Pups have very soft Bones and this could be detrimental to there growth of Hips and Elbows.
Buyer Agrees to have proper housing .. Either in the home or Kennel area properly set up for Health and Cleanliness.
Buyer Agrees to Send an Email or Via Snail Mail pictures of the pups at 6 Months and 1 yr with a written note of Temperment, accomplishments etc. As most Know I like to keep in contact with puppy purchasers. Many have become close friends and I value them. Also this helps with my choices for the breedings.
Buyer Agrees to the terms of Bear's Den Being on the registration, I have tried to make this not be a necessity but the fact that there are some that are not following the contract with keeping in touch at one year. I will only be having Bear's Den placed on the registration so as to follow their progress.
Buyer Agrees to all responsibility of the dog once the dog has been placed in there new homes.. Seller Can not be held Responsible for any legal ramifications due to this dog.

We stand behind our Akita's 100% ... But we must put a limit to some situations .. Please understand this is for your protection as well as our own. We do not try to tell you how to raise your Beautiful Akita's. Nor do we interfere..We have only a few selected requirements one being I must talk with you on the phone before a purchase.. To answer any questions you may have or I may have.. We try and start a verbal trust between buyer /seller from the get go. I found this an effective way of communication and building lifetime friendships.
We don't make such radical rules , such as limiting breedings or moving from one state to the next, requiring DL. Request searches of your home, or surprize visits. Requiring Kennels to be specificly set this or that. Alot of Contracts out there have so many restrictions and pretty invading of your privacy. I believe that anyone willing to spend the money to purchase a good quality Akita and forever pledge the love and devotion to them are extremely respected in my opinion. Whether you know about the breed or wanting to get to know the breed. You are in for a journey of a lifetime of love.
