This is a questbook for anyone that would like to add anything about our Akita's or your Akitas .. Please Understand this is not for SPAM and will be reported.. Recently I have had alot of Spam on here which does not make for a good experience for those of us who like to keep in touch, Also I have added a reply button which should allow yall to talk to each other about akita's. I hope this works and we can all have some fun. Thanks for taking the time to comment on my site or my babies or yours. It is all welcome and intresting to me.

Thanks Sam.. I really like that you came to check out the site. Come over anytime you like ok. Im sure they would love to get to know you as well. they are alot of fun especially in the summer. You can ride 4 wheeler with them... Talk to you soon ..

Very nice pictures of your dogs. We have an akita who turned a year old in Jan. his name is kaos and he has been a wonderful addition to our family.
Update here on niishin shes gettin big 70 pounds already and man is she beautiful gonna try to post some pics on the site here! Pam and Frank thank you very much she is an incredible fit into our lives here in sault ste marie.

Just happened across your site. I love Akitas, and all dogs for that matter. Read the pet store puppies story. Thank you for posting it, even though I cried so hard when reading it. If only more people were caring about things other than themselves this world, and all the animals in it, would be a better place for everyone.
Last year I ran across a pet store that had an Akita boy in it. I wanted so much to take him home and save him from that place, but knowing I would be supporting more breeding from irresponsible ppl, I passed him up....refusing to continue the link in that chain. I still regret not saving him, and know he was purchased by a family(I checked in from time to time) but feel some ease from knowing I stood my moral and ethical ground. I can only hope he will fare better than the ones like the girl in your story, and hope to someday in my lifetime see the ones who commit the atrocities of puppymilling and BYB'ing meet their own bitter end.
Continue your good work. The world is already a little brighter with you in it.

Pam,
Just wanted you to know that Lakota Jr. has just had her Health Chack and she is doing fine. So far she is running the house. Thanks. Warren.

Pam is the best. We were unable to get a puppy she has really been a great help. She is very knowledgeable about akitas and that is what we love. She didnt mind spending time and talking on the phone for long periods of time. I would recommend anyone who wants akitas to them. Thank you so much for your time.

Just want to say that Blaze is turning out to be the amazing pup Pam & Frank knew she would be. She is happy healthy and has brought a great deal of joy to our family. There is no doubt that she has known love and care from the day she was born.

Hi Robert,, Thanks ... You would certainly have fun out here like we do.. We all have 10 acres around the house here that they get to run and only when the 4 wheeler starts to do they know it is time to go out of there boundary's of course they like the occasional lets see how far we can get game .. They are always scoping out the tree rows around us.. LOL Yes they are funny babies...

Just want to add that Pam went above and beyond for me. She and Frank are not just exceptional dog breeders, they are trust worthy exceptional people. Can't thank them enough for their genuine kindness and patience.

Hello, We adore our new puppy Blaze, which includes our 2 year old Akita Yoko, our 12 week old akita puppy Asia and our 19 year old cat Buddy . From the minute we saw her we knew she was special. She has great temperament and communicates well with people as well as other animals. When we picked her up at newark airport , she was happy, healthy, well fed and well groomed. It is obvious that Pam and Frank put a great deal of love and care into this beautiful little girl. We are were still in the process of dealing with the recent loss of our beloved 6 year old Akita Angel. We were being bombarded with all of the things that could go wrong with getting a puppy via the internet.
Hi everyone just wanted to tell you guys how much we enjoy having niishin here in our home, we got her from pam and frank a few weeks ago and she has fit right into our family. She is very special full of personality! Id like to thank pam and frank for thier willingness to bend over backwards to make sure people receive the puppy they want in good health and they are very helpful in answering any questions phone calls etc. Ive never met a breeder with as much pateince and as good hearted as they are!

We just wanted to saw that we had the best experience with Pam and Frank. Initially, we just talked on the phone and Pam was so informative and friendly. I knew from that point on that we were going to get a puppy from Bear's Den. We are from Boulder, Colorado and flew up to North Dakota to visit Pam and Frank and all of the dogs and meet our new baby. It was apparent that the dogs were very well cared for and loved. All of the dogs were very friendly and well tempered. By they way Bear is amazing!
We were a little worried to ship our new baby, but Pam re-assured me and everything went perfectly. Pam made arrangements that worked with our schedule and made sure the puppy was safe. I can remember the night we got her, she was beutiful. She still looks fake to me she is just too cute. I would highly recommend Frank and Pam they are just as amazing as their dogs.

My wife and I purchased a puppy this year from the Lexi and Kodiak litter. We would like to take a moment and tell everyone of our experience with Pam and Frank. Our experience tells us that Pam and Frank are very trustworthy and honest breeders. We have been waiting a long time for a puppy and chose the parents in late 2008. The first heat was unsuccessful and we had to wait for the next. My wife and I wanted to wait because Pams dogs have the classic "look" of the Akita we want. Her dogs have the larger bone structure we like. We have searched the web and dont see a lot of breeders out there with the look we wanted. We received a phone call from Pam when the pregnancy was confirmed and have really enjoyed the weekly updates on his progress from the day he was born.
We live in Alabama and Pam made all the arrangements for safe journey of the pup via air. Both sides waited anxiously for our pup to arrive. After we were united, we called Pam to let her know of his safe arrival. I think she was as thrilled and relieved as we were. SHe really cares for all her dogs.
Our Katai is everything we hoped he would be. He is incredible with personality and absolutely what we have been waiting for. Our experience leads us to highly recommend Pam and Frank if you are looking for an honest breeder who really cares about the well being of their dogs. We will definitely contact Bear's Den when we are looking for another

OMG girl, just checkin out your site... very cool!!! i want one so bad... halla back when you get a chance... love ya much

This was the first time i visited your site. I enjoyed it tremendously. we lost our beloved akita to intestinal cancer a few months ago and of course it was devastating. my husband and I would like to get another akita as there is not a more loyal and loving friend. this was my third one but only my husbands first, she would follow him to the end of earth. hopefully we will get the chance to meet and possibly get a pup in the near future. again thank you for the browse thru your site and seeing your family.
