Ok here I am 8 weeks and my name is Dakota and  I am the strutter.. I have lots of attitude. I am curious about everything,. Watch out for me.. LOLI am the only one left here with mom right now and talk about getting spoiled..He stands pride and walks with attitude but can also be a cuddler. He loves theoutdoors more than indoors. And loves to try to escape to explore....Really soon I will be going with my New family , and what a happy day it will be for me.

Someone found me and wants to love me in Salt Lake City Utah... I will be going to a good home with Loving ppl and Little kids to play and love on... 7 and 3 wow what fun I will have... Thank Jennifer and Jason.. You have picked a wonderful pup...

Wow look how I have grown.. I am a Big Lover.. I just love people.I still love licking your hand. And come when called , he is slowly learning his name but does not come to it yet. Although he will turn his head and look when you say thename. His name will be Kutsushita which means socks but will be called Kutsu which happens to also mean shoes. To cute, And I think it will surely fit him and his personality.

                                               UPDATE AT 1 YEAR

   He’s a pretty good boy.  Of course, he was very happy in the winter, and not so sure about these warm Utah summers.  He went ice fishing with my husband over the winter and loved it.  Jason took a blanket for him to lay on, but he was content to lay on the ice.

 He loves the kids, even the baby, who for some reason isn’t the least afraid of this huge dog leaning over him and licking him everywhere, but will scream bloody murder if you put him in front of a smaller dog.  If anything, Kutsu is too friendly, and we have a hard time keeping him off guests.  We’re going to sign him up for more obedience classes this summer. 

 Everyone tells us how beautiful he is, and of course how big he is.  I’m surprised that his fur is still so soft.

She is totally awesome in Looks and Temperment, Her parents Robin and Keith have had Akita's for 20 yrs and even have the Akita Flag to fly off there home, symbolizing the Honor of the Akita's. They state thatshe is the Best Akita they have ever owned and very well mannered and a Great Disposition. With working with her when she was younger this is one of the Girls that I thought would have the Confidence to stand in a show ring and Walk with her Head Held High and Proud.

  I'm Nitro.. I am a Blast to play with.. I like to bite on Toes and Fingers and give Kisses but it seems just to the girls in the house.. I play pretty rough still but the others are starting to put me in my place, I was the first to take the first steps out the door to check out the snow, But my mom was there to coax me out a little. It was really nice that Christmas Day.. But starting to get cold again.. So it might be a week or so b4 I can go and check it out again,. I am starting to warm up to the kids more, they really like to play They all think this is fun..

    I also still watch things more closely,I don't see any signs of Withdrawing or being afraid, I wish I could get them outside todo some exercises to see how well that nose works,as far as watching him use it inside he is doing great, He sniffs at everything. But using things with his Moms scent when taken away from her and the progressing to other scents is also a good tool. This winter has been overly cold. Way above normal so getting them out has been next to Impossible . But they sure are getting alot of Love inwith us.

Nitro is growing so fast, He is into playing and he is teething.. Most are in now but he is still chewing .. Getting more and more fawn..Going to also look like daddy Grizz. He has the Confidence and the Nose for Exploring..This boy is a leader..

Socially this boy comes with tail up, He will lick at your hand, attentive to the affection.  When walking away Nitro will watch you walk away and out of view, His response to this was to still be confident, He did not follow or cry to leaving the room. His restraint was good He had no struggle although he did make eye contact this is something I will be watching more closely. This is for submissive or dominant tendency's.. He did good with the being physically dominated.His Elevation Dominance.. When taken off the ground by hands interlaced under him he did well with accepting me being dominate while he had no control.. Although he did look around but he did give into it and started licking my hand. I took a crumpled piece of paper and threw it about 4 ft away from him once i got his attention with it an he would be right in the middle he did go to the paper but he laid down on it But the shoe was a different story he searched that out and brought it into play. He has learned the no command in a matter of 20 Minutes. This is because they were trying to jump the barrier to play with the kids.. So when they try to get over it I say no and they just elevate there legs there and watch till the kids go into play. The blizzard is now over looks like so this will be the first day to open the door and let them roam outside with mom and me of course. I will be watching responses at this time also.

This boy is amazing and Loving , Confident, Some Degree of Submissiveness. Does show some signs of Dominance But not strongly, Gets along well with Siblings and Grandchildren. 

      Nitro is a great Little Man,, Wow .. He is so much fun and so full of energy .. He totally had a bal in the snow, He was all over.. Just look at the pictures and you can see he was having some fun, He has been great to have here with us and we know we will see alot of him in the future, I am really looking forward to seeing the pups this boy brings.. With Confidence and Courage.. He is outstanding..

   Mike and Robin ...Duane... I know he will have a good home with you and really look forward to meeting your family when we bring the pup.. I want to sincerely Thank You for giving my mom this oppertunity to let Zakita Breed.. It is so totally appriciated. I hope he is what you are looking for in your boy.. I know I sure liked both of these boys..

Ronan is a very proud boy,Confident and Very observative, He explores everything, He shows no sign of being fearful. He is also a lover. Love attention and loves Children.

  Results of his Puppy Aptitude Testing was ..

Social attraction he Came up to me with his tail up and with him trying to hold ears erect. He did not jump up on me but did lick at my hand showing sign of affection. As For following he did want to follow me out of the room but when I was out of sight turned and went back to litter mates uneffected that shows some sign of dependance but him turning back to his litter mates shows me signs of Independance. I will watch this.. For the restraint test He did well with being physically dominated, This test is done by rolling on there belly and no affection like rubbing just holding for 30 seconds to rate reaction.. He did struggle a little bit so that shows me that he has some dominant tendency's But also will become submissive, That is what I like is a good Balance of Both.

Ronans real first time out in the snow, He didn't know what to think at first.. But he is becoming really confident in all things that he does.. He walks with Pride and Confidence. He likes to steal the toys and run, He also really likes tug of war with the others. He finally did trek off into the deeper snow and even ate some of it.. He is so fun to be with, He has quite a bit of fawn coming out in him but his tail looks as though it might be silver. We will just have to watch and see if this might be a permenant color

 As far as his achievements, Well he likes to potty outside and he does whine if he needs to go, Which that is nice for having them in the house with us .. He is not fearful when you make a loud noise and his ears are now trying to stand..

 This will be the last posting of him on the site as he leaves for his new home Next Friday but to Alice and Tavis, You have picked a wonderful puppy and it has been so much fun here with him.. I hope and pray he is everything you wished and looked for..

 I am a Beautiful girl, I am the snuggler though, I show signs of Dependancy.. This may be something that she outgrows but for now she likes to follow you and does not like it when you leave the room where she cant see you. Although she does struggle with being restrained shows me that she also has some dominancy also. As for Retrieving she did well with that, She retrieved the paper ball crumpled up and played with it, liked the noise but did not bring it back ..She likes to please and she is eager to learn. She also likes toys. She gets along great with her siblings also. The pictures above say alot for this little girl, She is so mellow and laid back, She loves attention and children. I do have pictures of her with out her outfit on just wanted to show how submissive she can be, But she also has a Dominate side, Like she don't like to be held on her back by my hand but she does love her tummy rubbed. She will have the liver nose I am pretty sure, Although I have seen it getting darker in color, I have never had white puppys before so I have had to ask a few other breeders and they have told me that in the white Akita's there nose takes longer to turn. So I can not be quite sure. But if someone is looking for an easy to train , Loving and Balance in Submissive and Dominance then she is right for you.. Please email or call for more info.

Well this is me Confident and Curious.. I love playing and love to Explore , I stand like I am king of the roost .. I have just the greatest personality. She balances out with her Dominance and her Submissiveness so far.

Her Social Attraction was Attentive, She Came to me with Tail up and And ears trying to erect. You can see in the picture above her trying to lift her ears when she is intrested in something, With following she is Independant totally, she did not follow me out of the room and showed no intrest in if I was there or not.. with the restraint test she did struggle showing Dominance but settled into Submissive and the same with the Elevation Dominance. She did accept me being dominant when she had no control..She is a very balanced girl..

 It really is a good thing Mocha is going where it is warmer, she wasn't so much for the snow, she would rather be inside... She strutts her stuff inside and I am sure she will when she gets in warmer weather.. She certainly also has Confidence and great Conformation.. I loved having every one of these pups here and my grandchildren and myself had alot of fun with them, I didn't get to see how much they are willing to go to use there nose but she did wonderful in the house..

Look at me so proud and Confident. I am a mellow girl, I am not all Submissive nor Dominant but I am a watcher, Not skiddish but observative. I will be one that will have a great protective trait. She has a great nose. She is always smelling at new things..

The puppy aptitude test on this girl was excellent. She was not fearful at all with me leaving the room but was attentive to me leaving. She did make eye contact with me to watch my next move at all times that I was in the room. She did well with With the social dominance test I did pet her from her head to her back and her response to this was to walk away which shows me Independance. With the restraint she did struggle but settled with eye contact with me..

  She is totally attentive to my actions.. Nora I want to thank You also for giving this precious baby a new home, I think she will be everything that you described that you are looking for, She will certainly make a great companion.. This little girl is getting more Confident by the day, She likes the outdoors and the indoors, She will be so easy to finish potty training her, She will whine to let you know when she wants out. She is very Intelligent and eager to please, She loves to play with toys, siblings, and children.. I know this girl will be a very balanced girl with her Temperment.. Just look at the Confidence in these pictures for her being out in the snow for the first time..

  LOL Well come on now I was sleeping.. I am more of the Instigator, I love to start something with my siblings. I am more out going than I look right now in these pics. I am very smart and love Exploring and Playing, I love Children and Personality Plus..

   I did very well with my Aptitude Test

  The Social Attraction Showed me being Confident and Independant.. She came easily to sound with Tail up and did not jump or bite at my fingers although she does love socks. She responded to attention by nuzzling into My hand.. She also did watch where I was at all times in the room although did not follow me around Which showed me Attentive and Independant. For the Restraint being put on her back hand on her chest and held for 30 seconds she did struggle at first but became submissive. A trait that I like to see. If she continues this Balance it will be good. Elevation Dominance She really didn't like to be put up in that position, she struggled a bit with her paws kicking them which shows me she don't like to give that control to someone else.

She is the Sweetest Girl, She loves attention and is eager to please . She was chasing her tail and it was just so cute. She watches where ever I go but does not seem to follow me. I believe she will have a good Balance in her Temperment. She is fun to have around and she loves children.. She chases toys and then shakes her head back and forth playing..

  Wow check me out still growing like a weed. I am the Biggest of the Litter, My nose is finally turning blacker. I think with time I will have a black nose. I am ruling the roost to.

 I would say she is the most Confident of the Females and she shows it.. She likes to play tug of war cause she wins most of the time with getting the toys.

 The Aptitude Test Shows signs of Total Dominance, She does not like to give that up..

Social Attractions she watched me walk away and out of the room and really didn't care she just went right back to what she was doing.. Very Independant.. She did come to me but wanted to play, She was nudging at me to do what she wanted. Restraint she absolutely didn't like it. She struggled until I let her up. But then I turned her over and rubbed her belly and she did give in to submission.. Stroking her from head to tail she responded to it but then when I stopped she just up and walked away. Tells me she is totally Independant. Elevation . She just looked around didn't try to kick to get out of that.. I will watch all this next week as well and post any differences

She is a busy girl, She loves to play and run and Check everything out.. She is a happy Girl..She is going to be the biggest of this litter, She outweighs even the males but of course that can change at any time.. Her nose is almost all black now and I am thinking it should all turn black with time. She loves her toys and children..
